Eric 'ECK' Mecklinger

Position: CIT Coordinator

Education Status:
Eric is currently finishing his 4th year at the University of Western Ontario.  He will be graduating in the spring with a BA in psychology.

Previous Camp Experience:
This will be Eric's 16th year at Camp Wahanowin. Ten of these years were spent as a camper and cit.  Eric then spent his first four years as a staff member on water skiing. He then made a switch from the docks to a counselor for his fifth year as a staff member.  He is looking forward to the challenge of CIT Coordinator during the summer of 2008.

Favourite Camp Memory
/ Why did you choose Wahanowin?:
Eric chose Camp Wahanowing because of his strong family attendance in the history of Wahanowin.  His mother and father both attended Wahanowin as staff members.  When he first was of eligibility to attend Wahanowin, all of his cousins and both his sisters were campers at Wahanowin, which prompted Eric to attend.  His favourite camp memory is being a colour war captain in his alumni summer.
